Returns & Exchanges

Because our Mayhem apparel is made to order based on the design and size selected at checkout, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or design selections. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, changes made after an order is placed may delay fulfillment.

Cancellations made after production has begun may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee to help cover materials and production costs already committed to your order.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
